Best enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle & a balanced varied diet. It is recommended to eat at least two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily.

Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking
8 mins
- Remove product from packaging, heat pan to a medium/high heat
- Lightly season the monkfish with salt
- Add 2 tsp of oil to the pan and place the monkfish in the pan
- Cook for 7 mins, turning halfway
- Add 10g of butter and cook for a further 1 minute whilst basting
- Turn off heat and allow the monkfish to rest in the pan for 4 mins before serving
This is just a guide, please check product is thoroughly cooked. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
