Mussels are pre-prepared for your convenience. Shells may be open before cooking; this is normal. After cooking, if any mussels remain closed, cook for a further 1 min. Discard any that do not open. When chilled, the sauce may separate. Reheat following the instructions and stir well before serving.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 5 mins
- Remove all packaging
- Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring occasionally; Microwave - From Chilled. 3 mins, 30 secs, 800W
- Sauce may naturally separate, shake gently to mix
- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Cook on high (100%) 2 mins
- Peel back film, stir well and re-cover
- Cook for a further 1 min 30 sec
- Stir after cooking
