All of the salmon within this product is produced from our approved M&S Select Farms (located on the West Coast of Scotland and Shetland and Orkney Islands). Reared exclusively for M&S, our salmon has leading standards in animal welfare, health and care for the local environment.
After freezing, herbs may naturally discolour, quality is not affected.

Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 35 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove salmon from packaging and place glaze sachet to one side
- Remove salmon from board and place onto a lined baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 30 mins
- Remove from oven, pour glaze evenly over salmon and cook for a further 5 mins
- Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving
- Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook
- Using a fish slice at either end carefully lift salmon from baking tray and place onto a serving plate and glaze with cooking juices
Do not reheat.
To enjoy at best, cook fresh. If frozen, the food may lose a little texture, but will still taste delicious!
