For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 12 mins
200°C
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 3.8L.
- Preheat air fryer.
- Remove product from the packaging.
- Season and place skin side up in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Program the air fryer to cook for 12 mins.
- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

Based on cooking 2 salmon fillets. More fillets will require a longer cook time.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.

Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
- Preheat oven.
- Remove product from the packaging.
- Season and place skin side down on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil or butter.
- Cook for 14 mins.
- Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 16 mins
- Remove product from the packaging.
- Pat dry.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Season and place skin side down and cook for 7 mins.
- Turn and cook for a further 3 mins on each of the remaining sides of the fillet.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving
