Preheat oven. Line a baking tray with foil. Place fish on foil and season with salt and pepper.; Poach - From Chilled. 3 mins
Preheat enough water/milk to cover fish in a saucepan.
Once simmering add fish. Remove from liquid with a slotted spoon.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4 mins
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn once during cooking.
