Made with linseed, poppy seeds and quinoa, these wraps are a natural source of Vitamin D and fibre. Serve with your favourite filling. Serve warm or cold. Microwave, oven-bake or pan-fry to serve warm. Eight per pack.

We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Cooking Instructions - General. Serve warm or cold. Remove all packaging. Separate the wraps from each other.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
For 1 tortilla - 800W 8, secs
For 8 tortillas - 800W 30, secs; Oven cook - From Ambient. 8 mins, Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
- Preheat oven
- Wrap tortillas in foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf
