Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Medium 8-11 mins
Well done 11-14 mins
Oil and season product and place under a preheated medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium 6-8 mins
Well done 8-10 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season product. Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to medium and turn occasionally until cooked.
