For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Handling Raw meat safely
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 9-10 mins
Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Heat non stick frying pan to a medium/high heat. Add product. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 9-10 mins. Add a sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until cooked through. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with not pink meat remaining. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.
