Use By 9 Days
SUITABLE FOR FREEZING. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use
immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use
immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
Cooking guidelines
NEEDS COOKING. PAN FRY 9-10 mins Remove all packaging. Heat non stick frying pan to a MEDIUM/HIGH heat.
Add product. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 9-10 min. Add a sauce or stock and
bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until cooked through. The meat must be
thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining. Check product
is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.
