For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Score the skin and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Heat a frying pan on the hob over a medium to high heat without oil. Place the breast skin side down in the hot frying pan. Cook for 5 mins until the skin turns golden brown; turn over and seal the meat for 1 min. Pour off excess fat regularly. Place the duck breasts skin side up on a baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven. Cook for medium 12 mins/well done 15 mins.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Rest for 5-10 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
