When draining meat juices run plenty of hot water to ensure no sink blockages

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour
Needs cooking. Preheat oven. Remove label. Remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of foil. Set sauce sachet to one side. Place foil directly on oven shelf. Cook for 50 mins. Drain juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over meatloaf and cook for a further 10 mins. Remove meatloaf from tray and carve into thick slices. Stir remaining sauce and pour over meatloaf before serving.
Do not reheat.
