Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 50 mins
Needs cooking
- Please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking.
- Preheat oven.
- Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray.
- Place foil tray on baking tray on middle shelf of oven, basting occasionally.
- Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout. Cover with foil and allow to stand for 20 mins before carving.
- Remove poultry bands to carve.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Defrost - 48 hours - in a refrigerator.

Safety Warning:
May contain bones. Roasting tin will contain hot liquid after cooking.
