Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add product. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

The best option on Ocado for chicken breasts. Chicken is high quality with great taste and texture. Expensive but the difference between these and cheaper options is huge.
This is my first choice of chicken breast - not necessarily the biggest or the cheapest but the one we prefer. I get tempted by cheaper options but always come back to this unless chicken supremes on offer!
I used these in a tray bake. After roasting some cauliflower and root veggies I put both fillets on top for last 20 minutes and it all came out a treat!
