Handling Raw Poultry Safely: This product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 8-10 mins Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat frying pan with oil. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 mins. Turn occasionally. Ensure product is fully cooked and juices run clear before serving. Do not reheat.

I would expect mini fillets to be pure quality breast meat but there was a lot of nasty sinew and I had to cut away a significant amount before cooking. The point of buying a product like this is partially convenience which is lost if you have to check and trim each fillet yourself! The chicken was tender when cooked but pretty tasteless. Poor value especially given the quality of the butchery.
For the price I would expect it to be far superior to what you get. By the time youve removed all the sinew theres less than half of the original product left to cook.
