Handling raw poultry safely
Do not wash. Wash hands before and after handling poultry, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils. Always cover poultry and store at bottom of fridge.

Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw poultry safely: This product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Remove all packaging.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

All turkey products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 24 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Start turkey fillets off in a frying pan then transfer to oven.
- Fry in 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a pre-heated pan over a high heat for 2 mins on each side.
- Transfer fillets to baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20 mins.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. -Fry in 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a pre-heated pan over a low to medium heat for 25 mins, turning frequently.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, eat within 2 days.
Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.

Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
