This product contains stock to improve succulence and flavour. Some of the stock may be retained in the flesh during cooking and may be seen when the joint is carved.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling Raw Meat Safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 55 mins
Needs Cooking.
For best results remove from refrigerator 1 hour prior to cooking. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove the absorbent pad before cooking. Leave turkey joint in the foil tray.
Place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Always check that product is cooked throughout and the juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
This is a guide only. Once cooked remove from oven and cover with clean foil. Leave to rest for 10 mins before carving. Remove poultry bands before carving.
Do not reheat.
Serving
Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.
