Oven cook - From Defrost. Needs cooking.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins
- Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Place joint on tray and defrost in fridge for 24 hours. Check that there are no ice crystals within the joint before cooking. Remove from fridge 1 hour prior to cooking.
- Preheat oven.
- Remove sleeve and film.
- Place foil tray on baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Baste occasionally.
- Check that product is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. Once cooked, remove from the oven and cover with foil.
- Leave to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
Remove poultry bands before carving.
Do not reheat.

Keep frozen -18°C for best before end and frozen on, see front of pack. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, to guarantee freshness and eating quality, please keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C and cook within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
