For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 2-4mins
Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Heat 6 tablespoons (90ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium high heat.
Add escalopes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook until golden brown.
Rest for 2 mins.
Drain escalopes on kitchen paper.
Do not reheat.
