This product has been specially vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and eating quality. When the pack is opened you may notice the colour brightening and a faint aroma naturally associated with this technology will quickly disappear. The rose veal used for this product is from animals fed a milk and cereal based diet aged 8-12 months at slaughter.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs Cooking
Rare 3-6 Mins
Medium 4-8 Mins
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.
