Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing.
Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry 9-10 mins
Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging.
Heat a non stick frying pan to a Medium/High heat. Add product, break up mince over entire surface of pan. Cook for 9-10 mins.
Add sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer, stir occasionally until mince is cooked through. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.
