Tender, rosé veal shin with the bone in, sourced from British calves. Simply season, pan-fry till browned and slow-cook in the oven. High in protein.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Season meat and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole dish and cover with sauce or stock. Add vegetables and seasoning of choice. Cover and place in oven. Cook for 2-3 hour.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 2-3 hour
Serve and enjoy.
Do not reheat.

Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product. The rosé veal used for this product is from animals fed a milk and cereal based diet aged 8-12 months at slaughter.
