Carve from back to front into 2 portions.
Instructions
Needs cooking. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place foil tray on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Baste occasionally. Cover with foil, allow to stand for 15 mins before carving. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.

Changing my review from 5 to 3 stars.
I've had this several times now and it was always delicious and tasted just like a normal roast chicken would. However, the last couple of times we've had this we've been really disappointed. It's had a really weird rubbery texture and tastes more like reconstituted chicken than normal chicken. Won't be buying again.
Salt and Pepper Sprinkle !!??
I was surprised that the chicken tasted of garlic having read it was seasoned with salt and pepper Sprinkle. it is very misleading. it was ok though. I was also very surprised to find the pad under the meat AFTER COOKING!!! Please sort your labeling out. it needs to be clearer. I do not expect surprises like these.

Really enjoyed the flavour , good quality , easy to cook , seasoning was great , had it with roast potatoes and carrots , cabbage
Tough and chewy
Cooked as advised on packaging was looking forward to it as thought it would be nice a juicy. Not don’t was tough and chewy for the price I was very disappointed and will not buy again

Bought this on a flash sale and don't think I will repurchase. Just like a normal roast in silver tray joint but was a bit chewy and the skin was rubbery. Too much pepper on the top.
