Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
1 pack of cranberries, 90g caster sugar, 50ml water, grated zest and juice of 1/2 an orange (optional).
Method
Place the water and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cranberries, orange juice and zest (if required) and boil for 5-8 mins until the cranberries burst. Leave for a few minutes to cool then put into a serving dish. Serve at room temperature.

Makes delicious cranberry sauce
Cranberry sauce is so quick to make and it tastes a million times better than the jarred variety. Yummy!

Great cranberries for our home made cranberry sauce, but I did wonder whether they would ever come into stock this year. I normally buy early and freeze them to make sure we can get them. Personally I would buy them all year round, they're lovely in buns, puddings or in meat recipes.
A bit underripe, but last a long time in a fridge
These appear to be slightly underripe, but were absolutely fine in the fridge, even after a week past expiration date. Made wonderful cranberry-almond muffins out of them. Hope Ocado stocks more cranberries this season because family is asking for more!

Time to get the cranberries in, Ocado........
Mouldy and inedible.
Yet another M&S product Ive received this Christmas thats gone in the bin. Well within their sell by date, however half of the cranberries in the punnet were mouldy and the other half unripe. M&S if you want to keep your customers, have some sort of quality control or change your suppliers.
Terrible
3 punnets & each had a large selection of mouldy & overripe cranberries combined with a load of pale underripe ones. Heaven knows how my cranberry sauce will turn out but too late to go to Waitrose as husband working Christmas & were celebrating tomorrow! Very annoyed!
