British Oakham™ on the bone turkey crown stuffed with pork, sage and onion stuffing, finished with oak smoked bacon. Stock basted for extra succulence, simply roast in the oven and leave the stand before carving. Gluten free. Serves 6 to 8.

This Saved Our Christmas :)

Bought this last minute, last year as my turkey (ordered from a big Scottish co) went missing in transit and they left me high and dry! It was easy to cook and was delicious. It served 5 people and we still had leftovers the following day.

Turkey Crown

I always have a Turkey Crown. This year it was the worst Ive ever bought. Very little meat and barely 3 portions when it was meant to serve 7 to 8 people. The bird was just bones, there were leg bones too when a crown should just be the top of the bird. So disappointed. Ive had better chickens!

Disappointing

Moist enough & easy to cook, but smoked bacon overwhelmed the flavour of the turkey, which was a bit insipid in the first place.
