Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 30 mins
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 3.8L.
- Preheat air fryer for 5 mins.
- Remove all packaging.
- Spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread and season as desired.
- Program to cook for 30 mins, turn halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and rest for 2 mins before serving.

Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 16-20 mins
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Remove all packaging.
- Transfer belly slices onto a rack and season as desired.
- Place in the centre of the grill for 16-20 mins, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and rest for 2 mins before serving.
Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 50 mins
- Remove all packaging.
- Preheat oven.
- Place slices onto a foil lined baking tray on middle shelf of oven.
- Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.
