Domestic grills may vary. The following is a guide only. Remove all packaging and preheat grill to medium heat. Place product on rack, turning occasionally.
Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer belly slices onto a baking tray and season product. Place in centre of oven and cook for 50 mins, turning occasionally.
