Medium 8 mins per 100g
Well done 10 mins per 100g
- Remove all packaging
- Oil and season surface of meat and sear in a hot frying pan
- Place in a roasting tray and into a preheated oven
- Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins before carving into individual cutlets to serve
Do not reheat.
