Followed the traditional osso bucco recipe. Absolutely delicious and tender veal!! Yummy! highly recommended!
Perfect veal
Extremely tender and tasty veal, bought after reading the other reviews and so glad we did, the most delicious veal we've ever had, such good quality, plenty for two in the pack. Cooked slowly as in classic Italian recipe and was perfect. Will definitely repurchase.

Followed the red wine recipe, scrapped celery and used frozen peppers and a dash of cayenne pepper. Slow cooker 5 hours 2 high 3 low setting…heaven
