Directions for Use
Sort clothes according to garment labels, colour and fabric type. Pour the laundry powder into the main wash dispenser drawer of your washing machine. Select the appropriate wash programme for your load. Always operate washing machines according to manufacturer's instruction.
Care Instructions
Not recommended for wool, silk or other delicate textiles (for example those with the 'dry clean only' care instruction). Always follow garment or fabric care labels. Wash dark colours separately. Check for colour fastness by testing on an inside seam or hidden area before use. If in doubt about colour fastness of a garment, wash separately in cool water. When hand washing, wear suitable gloves and ensure garments are thoroughly rinsed before allowing to dry. Flame resistant finishes should not be soaked or washed at temperatures above 50°C.

Good for skin but pricey
I used to get the Waitrose version of this and was upset when I could no longer get it through Ocado. I'm glad to see it has finally been matched with an M&S version, which is as good. My only complaint is the price. It used to be £3 a box, and the box was bigger. It has suffered a huge price increase as well as shrinkflation. I will keep buying it though as my kids and I have eczema, and this is one of the few powders that doesn't aggravate it.
Works well, prefer it to the well known one
I only buy laundry and household products that do not stink, this doesn't, unlike some that are called sensitive or pure, but have fragrance added so in effect are not sensitive at all. This one works for us. If you have smelly clothing it may not, but a soak in white vinegar should deal with that, then wash.
What happened?
Used to love the previous Marks sensitive powder then it vanished to be replaced with this a year later at almost 50% more expensive and utterly useless. Clothes come out the machine smelly and have to be washed twice! Please bring back the original that washed clothes really well and never cost as much.
Mixed feels.
Seems to wash well and in a fully cardboard box, but a nightmare to pour. (Spout is poorly designed.) Also need your own measuring cup. Good for sensitive skin. Not sure if I will buy again, but if I do I will decant it into a different container.
