Recipe suggestion
Chicken shawarma - serves 2
You will need
350g Mini chicken fillets, 4 tsp. Shawarma seasoning, 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
1. In a bowl mix the chicken with the oil & seasoning. Marinate for a minimum 20 mins.
2. Evenly spread the chicken mix onto a non-stick baking tray & grill on high heat for 8-10 mins, turning over halfway through.
3. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Serve wrapped in a flatbread or pitta.
