Recipe Suggestion
Shawarma Chicken Kebabs
Also delicious on vegetables & tofu as a vegan option
Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken thighs or breast, diced
1 tbsp oil
1 x Shawarma Kit
Fry and Oven
Fry
1-2 mins
- Marinate the chicken in oil & half of the Shawarma Marinade, for best results cover & marinate overnight
- Thread onto skewers & sear on all sides for 1-2 mins
Oven 8-10 mins
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
- Transfer to a lined baking tray & bake for 8-10 mins.
- Brush skewers with the remaining marinade, sprinkle with the Harissa Dukkah Topper
Ensure chicken is cooked through.
