800W 4 mins

• Remove sleeve and pierce film
• Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
• Stir halfway through cooking using two forks
• After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min
• Stir well after cooking to ensure sauce coats the noodles with two forks

Stir Fry 3 mins, 30 secs

• Remove sleeve and film
• Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a wok or large frying pan on a medium heat
• Add contents of pack and stir occasionally

Do not reheat.
