MICROWAVE
Cook on high (100%).
Remove sleeve. Peel back film halfway, remove glaze sachet and butter and replace film.
Do not remove film.

900W - 4 mins
Remove from microwave, add glaze and stir thoroughly. Add the butter. Return to microwave and cook further:

Allow to stand for 2 mins. Stir before serving.

A wonderful blend of red cabbage and berries that is absolutely delicious.

Bitter taste
The cabbage was dominated by the taste of what seemed to be fenugreek although only star anise was listed. Totally unbalanced flavours - no evidence of the sweetness of port or the sharpness of cranberries plus it shrank down to an alarming extent - I have no shame in amending and stealing the following quote- the cabbage was poison and such small portions!
