Cooking guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 34 mins
Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Transfer duck to a wire rack in air fryer tray with fat facing upwards. Discard any cooking juices and pat dry. Program the air fryer and cook for 34 mins. Rest for 5 mins.
Step 2 Debone: Once cooked, place duck skin side down on a large plate. Carefully remove the long back bone and any visible rib bones.
Step 3 Shred: Turn duck back over to shred. Take two forks, place one in the breast of the duck to hold down. With the other fork shred meat, taking care to remove any remaining bones. Pour over sauce to serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 9, 35 mins
