Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side.
For best results and to get a sticky glaze, oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove ribs from pouch and discard cooking juices.
Cut the ribs in half or quarters and place onto a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%).

900W 5 mins
Remove from microwave, pour contents of the sauce sachet over the ribs. Return to microwave and cook for a further:

After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 mins
Preheat oven. Transfer the rib rack and juices onto a baking tray. Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 10 mins. Remove from oven and discard any cooking juices. Pour contents of the sauce sachet over the rib rack. Return to oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 mins until glaze is bubbling and sticky.
Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Contains bones. This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours). This product must be cooked before consumption.
