Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).
This product must be cooked before consumption.

For the perfect meal just add
Corn bread + Corn on the cob + Tomato salsa

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. For best results, use the Oven.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 6 mins, 800W
- Remove all packaging, discard foil tray provided and place sauce sachets to one side
- Remove pork from pouch and discard cooking juices
- Place onto a microwaveable plate and cover
- Cook on high (100%)
- Pour contents of sauce sachet over pork for the last 30 secs of cooking
- Leave to stand for 2 mins
- Shred the meat with 2 forks then stir before serving; Oven cook - From Chilled. 40 mins
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side
- Decant the contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided
- Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven
- Cook for 35 mins
- Remove from oven, discard foil and any cooking juices
- Pour contents of sauce sachet over pork
- Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 5 mins
- Remove from oven, shred the meat with 2 forks then stir before serving

Storage:
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Suitable for freezing.
