Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving. Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 8 mins
Transfer beef and juices into a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 4 mins. Remove from heat and drain juices into a jug. Gently massage sauce sachet and pour contents over beef, alongside 1 tbsp of drained juices. Simmer for a further 4 mins.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and discard foil tray. Set sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the beef and juices into a microwavable container. Gently break apart any large pieces of meat and cover.
750W 5 mins, 900W 4 mins
Cook on high (100%). Remove from microwave. Drain juices into a jug. Gently massage sauce sachet and pour contents over beef alongside 1 tbsp of drained juices. Re-cover, return to microwave and cook further:
750W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 60 mins
Preheat oven. Remove from outer packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Decant contents of sous vide pouch into foil tray provided. Cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 45 mins. Drain meat juices into a jug. Gently massage sauce sachet. Pour contents of sachet into the foil tray alongside 2 tbsp (30ml) of drained juices. Stir and return to oven uncovered for a further 15 mins.
