Two Slow Cooked cured British pork ham hocks with a sachet of caramelised apple sauce.
Cook in the oven for 25 mins, pour caramelized apple sauce, return to the oven for further 10 mins. Serves 2.

Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove ham hocks from pouch. Place onto a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%).
750W 7 mins
900W 6 mins, 30 secs
Remove from microwave and drain cooking juices.
Pour contents of sauce sachet over the ham hocks. Return to microwave and cook for further:

900W 1 min
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results oven cook.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove ham hocks from pouch and transfer to the foil tray provided. Discard any cooking juices. Place tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 25 mins. Remove from oven and discard any cooking juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over the ham hocks. Return to the oven and cook for further 10 mins.
Remove from oven. Baste ham hocks with the sauce and rest for 2-3 mins. Remove ham hocks from tray. Stir any remaining sauce in foil tray and pour over ham hocks to serve.

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately.
This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
Defrost thoroughly before use.
