For the perfect meal just add
Tortilla Chips + Fresh Guacamole + Sliced Chilli

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove pork from pouch and discard cooking juices.
Place onto a microwaveable plate and cover. Cook on high (100%). Pour on the sauce for the last 30 secs of cooking.

900W 5 mins, 30 secs
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins. Shred the meat with 2 forks and stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 mins
Preheat oven. Decant the contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 35 mins. Remove from oven, discard foil and any cooking juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over pork. Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 10 mins.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours). This product must be cooked before consumption.
