Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 8, 28 mins
Needs cooking.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachets to one side. Line baking tray with foil. Drain cooking juices and set aside for later use.
Transfer the chicken onto a grill rack on the baking tray, ensuring fat is facing upwards. Cook for 20 mins.
Increase oven temperature.
Electric 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 9
Remove the chicken from the oven and pour retained juices evenly over the chicken. Return to the oven and cook for a further 8 mins. Serve with garlic and lemon drizzle, crispy onions and seasoning sprinkle.
Do not reheat.
