This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).

This product must be cooked before consumption.

For the perfect meal just add
Fried rice + Pak choi stir fry + Prawn crackers

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking.
For best results, use the oven.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 7 mins, 800W
- Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side
- Cut the ribs in half or quarters and place onto a microwaveable plate
- Cook on high (100%) for 6 mins
- Remove from microwave and pour contents of sauce sachet over rib rack
- Return to microwave and cook on high (100%) for a further 1 min
- Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side
- Transfer the rib rack and juices onto a baking tray
- Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven
- Cook for 10 mins
- Remove from oven, discard foil and any cooking juices
- Pour contents of sauce sachet over rib rack
- Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 mins until sauce is bubbling and sticky
- Remove from oven and leave to stand for 5 mins before serving

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
