Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Preheat oven.
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 75 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side.
- Transfer the meat and juices into the foil tray provided.
- Cover the meat with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of the oven.
- Cook for 60 mins.
- Remove from oven, discard foil and drain the juices.
- Pour the sachet of sauce over the meat, return to oven and cook for a further 15 mins.
- Remove from oven, scrape any sauce in the foil tray and pour over the top of the meat.
- Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving.
- Place meat on a carving board, hold the bone and carve.
Do not reheat.
