Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
Do not reheat; Hob - From Chilled. Transfer the beef ragu into a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, stirring frequently, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 7 mins.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and empty contents of pouch into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on high (100%).

Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly. Re-cover, return to microwave and cook further:

After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins. Stir before serving. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 45 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer the beef ragu into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 35 mins. Remove from oven and stir. Re-cover and return to the oven for a further 10 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours.
