Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).

This product must be cooked before consumption.

For the perfect meal just add
Cucumber salad + Kimchi cabbage + Crisp lettuce

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
For best results, use the oven.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 7 mins, 800W
- Remove all packaging, discard foil tray provided and place glaze sachets to one side
- Decant the contents of the pouch into a microwaveable dish and cover
- Cook on high (100%) for 6 mins
- Remove from microwave and discard any cooking juices
- Pour contents of glaze sachet over riblets
- Return to microwave and cook on high (100%) for a further 1 min
- Leave to stand for 2 mins, stir then serve; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and place the glaze sachet to one side
- Decant the contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided
- Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven
- Cook for 15 mins
- Remove from oven, discard foil and any cooking juices
- Pour contents of glaze sachet over riblets
- Return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 mins

Storage:
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
