M&S Slow Cooked Middle Eastern Style Lamb Shoulder

This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours). This product must be cooked before consumption. This product has been slow cooked for tenderness, therefore fat and juices may be visible in the pack. This is natural and will add flavour and succulence during home cooking.

Remove all packaging and place sauce sachets to one side for later use. Preheat oven. Transfer the lamb and juices into the foil tray provided. Place tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 45 mins. Baste at regular intervals. After cooking, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Drain juices into a jug. Pull meat using two forks and stir in 2-3 tbsp of drained cooking juices. Massage sauce sachets to mix before use. Drizzle sauces over lamb to serve.


Do not reheat.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 mins
Needs cooking
