Cooking Instructions - General. This product must be cooked before consumption.
This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).
Needs cooking
Remove all packaging; Hob - From Chilled. Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan. Add 50ml of boiling water. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and gently simmer for 8 mins. Add additional water if required.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W, 6 mins, 30 secs
900W, 6 mins
Empty contents of pouch into a microwaveable container. Add 25ml of boiling water and stir.
Cover with cling film and cook on high (100%).
Remove from microwave, carefully remove cling film and stir thoroughly. Cover and return to microwave and cook further:
750W, 5 mins, 30 secs
900W, 5 mins
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately.
This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
