Our Expert Butchers have hand-prepared this easy-carve joint, before cooking it sous vide for hours in its bag to retain its naturally rich flavours.

Due to the nature of bacon, the meat may be a light pink colour when cooked. It's still perfectly safe to eat. Contains naturally occurring Potassium Chloride.

Oven cook - From Frozen. Needs cooking

Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Transfer the turkey and juices into the foil tray provided
- Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven
- Cook for 20 mins
- Remove from oven and baste with small amount of cooking juices
- Return to oven and cook for a further 15 mins
- Remove from oven, remove turkey from the juices and rest for 5 mins before serving
- Place the turkey on a carving board and slice into 1cm slices
- Place on a serving dish and serve
Do not reheat.
