This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).
This product must be cooked before consumption.

For the perfect meal just add
Savoury rice + Flatbread + Garlic mayo

Air Fry - From Chilled. 15 mins, 180°C
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging
- Separate the chicken thighs and spread evenly in a single layer in the air fryer basket with skin facing upwards
- Pour the juices on top of the chicken
- Cook for 15 mins
- Remove from the air fryer and leave to stand for 2 mins before serving
- Place on a plate and drizzle juices from air fryer basket over chicken; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
For best results, use the oven.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Line the baking tray with a sheet of foil
- Transfer the chicken thighs onto a grill rack on a baking tray and retain sauce in a bowl
- Cook for 25 mins
- Pour sauce into a small pan and heat over a medium heat for 2-3 mins
- Remove chicken from oven and place on a plate
- Drizzle sauce from pan over chicken

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
