1. Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the cooking juices to deliver desired consistency.
2. Place the beef on a carving board, fat side up. Slice as desired and place slices on serving dish.
3. Serve
Delicious served with roast potatoes and wilted greens

Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. How to Cook the Perfect Beef
Needs cooking
Preheat oven.
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the meat and juices to the foil tray provided ensuring fat layer is at the top. Place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 55 mins. Remove from oven, baste the beef in the cooking juices and rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
Needs cooking
