Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
Guide for one pack only. Do not reheat.
Carve using a sharp knife or shred meat by pulling with two forks. Massage sauce sachet and serve sauce on the side.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 6 mins

Remove all packaging and discard foil tray. Empty contents of pouch into a microwaveable container. Cover and cook on high (100%). Remove from the microwave, turn the beef over, re-cover, return to microwave and cook further:

After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer beef and juices onto foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of oven.
