Tender seasoned boneless British beef topped with a rich beef gravy. Serve alongside crispy roast potatoes, vegetables or creamy mash for a super speedy roast. Oven cook for 45 minutes. Gluten free. Serves 4.

Preparation and Usage
Shred the tender beef + crispy roast potatoes + horseradish sauce = super speedy roast
This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).

Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45 mins
Needs Cooking
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the beef and juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 35 mins. Baste halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and drain juices into a jug. Pour contents of gravy sachet over the beef along with 6 tbsp of the drained juices. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 2-3 mins. Remove beef from the tray and pull apart into large pieces. Stir gravy well before pouring over the beef to serve. Do not reheat.

Absolutely Gorgeous!
I loved this. Ate it in 2 days.. maybe 3 meals! Loved it.. so tender. Peppercorn added to beef and the gravy is a lovely taste with tomato hint.. Highly recommend! Incredibly nice!

Not Good
Im not sure that we were eating the same dish that everyone has raved about in these reviews! My husband and I certainly didnt enjoy the dish and found the taste too over processed. Will not buy again.

delicious
Lovely beef and plenty for four. I mix the gravy into my own so theres more to go around. An easy delicious meal without the fuss

Great for a indulgent treat
This is mine and my partners favourite Beef dish- it is a little on the expensive side but the quality and taste is superb. Have purchased many times & it never disappoints!

Delicious!
A little expensive but the beef is so tasty and the juices made a beautiful gravy, two good portions and made two large baps with onions, mushrooms and horseradish sauce.
